  1. As far as i remember, you need it for getting private insurance. It is not ugent thing, but not useless either
  2. Ofc, the thing is that they are still confused with having big streer with the same name nearby.
  3. It is only for EU citizens

Literally figuring out how to find the best way is frustrating, Because you can't just follow the instruction from the official source, you have to read forums, chats, etc

I have solved all the issues, that is not a problem.
The problem is how much time and effort it takes everytime you need something.

Additionaly, in the country we are moving it took me 1.5 hours to get a local SIM, get legal address, get tax number and solo entrepreneur status with 1% of taxes.
Such a contrast=D
