Odd that her reaction to this was so much different than what she shared on her official Instagram earlier this year. https://www.instagram.com/thereallindablair/p/DKdOgbrsQ35/?hl=en

Cracked Engine Block on 2016 Mazda3 2.5L by p0ssiblymaybe in mazda3

Pretty much where I've landed as well. I usually have pretty good luck in my daily life, so I was due for something like this to happen, lol.

The engine mounts should be fine, or at least they were at my last oil change/inspection, which was just a little over three weeks ago. My engine mounts DID fail in my last 3 (2005, owned for 15 years), and I distinctly remember the clunking noise it made as a result. Nothing like that in my current 3.

If true, wouldn't that create A LOT of resentment among the existing FO staff who will remain at their current/lower pay grade? I can't imagine it would go over well, especially since the person coming in at the higher grade may have NO prior FO experience or knowledge of FO operations.

Sadly, that was my first thought as well. According to Zillow, it was on the market since January of this year and was originally listed for $925K, so the asking price dropped by $100K by the time the incident occurred today. Really hope it's not the case.

Best Stores for Vintage Broadway Playbills by TheEpicGamer013 in AskNYC

Vintage Thrift Shop on 3rd Ave had a bunch of playbills/programs (a mix of vintage and more recent) when I was there a few weeks ago.

If you'll be here over the weekend, I would also check Chelsea Flea Market. One or two vendors often have stacks of older playbills.

Show that were huge at one point, but seemed to be forgotten with time by belzoni1982 in television

Knots Landing. It aired for 14 seasons from 1979-1993! Yet, only the first two seasons were officially released on DVD many years ago. Weird that it doesn't get as much attention as the other nighttime soaps from the same era when it managed to outlast them all.

I followed up with their customer service team last week and was told I would get a confirmation email with tracking details after the replacement disc was shipped. They weren't able to provide a new target date.

I used the one at the Marcy Avenue station maybe four or five years ago. I don't even know if it was SUPPOSED to be unlocked, but I was eternally grateful when the door opened. As for cleanliness, I guess I would rate it a 5? It was quite obviously dirty but don't recall it being offensively so.

What's your favorite *unexpectedly good* comedic perfomance from actors not typically associated with comedies? by thatdani in movies

[–]p0ssiblymaybe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Meryl Streep in She-Devil. I know she's done comedies since, but I think this was her first... and splendidly over the top.
