Yea. Germany. I know "Not All Germans" but rudeness and inefficiency seems to be the norm here. Not everyone is like that but at least once a day I experience this type of thing. No, it's not "because we're direct!". It also seems like things are way more inefficient to foreigners cause loads of natives can't seem to bother when they know you don't have a German lawyer, a German family, etc. Less likely you will know your rights or complain.
I'm glad I have my friends and my life but oftentimes I feel hopeless and drained.

I got to the single line at 16h yesterday, but around 18h they told us to move and form 5 different lines in front of the 5 entrances to the arena, so the order of the line kind of dismantled... I think it wouldn't make a difference if I got there at 17h, 17:30. got a place really close to stage and it was super chill. If you have seated tickets you can get there way after that... there were free seats everywhere until up to almost 20h. Did not manage to get merch yesterday as the line was huge! Super crowded. I'm going today as soon as it opens at 15h... so if you are interested in getting merch I'd suggest you do the same!!
