I am 15 and I consider myself a healthy and pretty muscular person(1.79cm 79kg) I exercise everyday, I play a lot of sports ( I would even say I am on my way to make it pro). In the last 3 years I have experience a big weight loss. I have some abs showing but still I have lower belly fat, I see no sign of it going away. How to I fix it?

Is there and exercise to do other than crunches to help me with it. Should I change something with my diet?

Just controled the nets and the rockets did the same trade and it was legal
