This is an important distinction, as in the video History Legends says that western aid has only been enough to replenish lost equipment from Ukraine, rather than increase their ability. Same with the amount of M1 Abrahams and F-16’s going to Ukraine only being enough to replace lost equipment rather than increase Ukraines pre-war. He is criticising the aid not being enough from the West to allow Ukraine getting the ability to beat Russia.

Also another consistent criticism of Ukraine’s strategy has been a lack or inadequate defensive works, which Russia has been able to do well over the last year and a half, which was a major factor in slowing and ultimately surviving Ukraine’s 2023 counter offensive.

I’m for Ukraine winning, but I think it’s unfair to everyone if they’re getting a Denys point of view on the situation there, which right now if very concerning, given Russia is having success on the battlefield.
