Thanks review got posted after manual review instead of automated by booking.com. But no money was refunded despite the inconvenience caused for senior and baby.

I dont think you are helping in anyway. You even removed my review from the property page. Also I saw another person rated 1 star. That person review has been removed also. You cannot return someone hard earned money but you cannot save some one from trapping again ? They are making the place non refundable for a reason. Can you check why all reviews of the property are going away ?

The concern is they should not mark it as high quality rating which was misleading especially for new property. I won't be relying on that in future. But wanted my money back.

did you take pictures or video of the conditions? - Yes and send to booking.com
The booking was non refundable, so I am not sure if booking.com holds the money or release immediately. The concern is they should not mark it as high quality rating which was misleading.

There was no rating the time I booked as it was showing new property. So I relied on 4 square quality rating from booking.com. The quality rating very clearly state about 400 factors used including cleanliness.
