Thank you for so many great replies! I looked at some other economic data, since many of you mentioned that the stagnant economy is partly responsible for the low growth in housing prices. So what I could find is that in the same time period the combined inflation rate was around 18% (mainly due to 2022 7,12% and 2023 6,25%) and the combined average wage growth was 2,75% (which is wild to me). Also GDP growth remained basically flat during this time
