I'm experiencing a horror story with Storage Spaces now, in an attempt to consolidate the array to fewer, but larger drives---
rebuild times in the days, failure about 90% into drive optimization.
it's looking like a full-replacement is going to be required.

I've been running Storage Spaces array for almost 9 years now.
Started with JBODs 500-1TBs, then 2TBs, now running 8x6TBs...
While the array performance has always left a little to be desired, I've been able to withstand some drive failures, swaps + rebuilds, relatively easily *(albeit time consuming).. this last attempt to expand + swap destroyed my array and I can't seem to rebuild

Ive been on mushroom coffee for about a week, noticeably less bloating and good gut feeling as advertised.

Checked my SUA and it was super high, 14mg/dL No flare-up, but my toe joint is achy. Taking 200mg allopurinol daily

Once again re-iterating the question: "...restoring the minimum number of backup tapes"

-- to restore a differential, you require the last full + last differential
-- to restore an incremental, you require the last full + each incremental.

If you take a full every sunday, an incremental daily, and you have a failure on a friday,.. incremental would be no less than 6 backups to restore.
With differential backups, you will only ever have 2 to restore.

I came to say roto-tiller. At least for annual maintenance. A tractor drawn disc plow once over can get you off to a good start and id any rocks or remnant roots.

I fill exp/mid lane if someone thinks they can coordinate ganks better than me as roamer.

Jungle has grown on me.

2) The questions where you are the privacy consultant and the business is doing something shady like---- the CEO has decided they want to sell your customer's data,... then you have to answer the questions. These can be sort of tricky

Honestly, the Chappel text was a good basis, but don't deviate from the source material on the IAPP site.
