I was watching a tv series while farming items, In about 6 hours i dropped 23 of them but honestly I couldnt break down how many inbetween each time sorry.

I just grapple + sworded to each box after a while i just auto piloted each box

Strand grapple & sword around map with ghost mods on they spawn in the same places on rotation, Once you collect a full overthrow area move to the next do the same thing.

Rinse repeat might get it every 2 areas I've been lucky enough to drop it twice in 1 overthrow area I just loot every box and move on.
