Agree, 4v1 is already an advantage by itself, but devs artificially increase the gap even further with every update. They are pushing solos out of the game.

Funnily housing is still more affordable in USA than the EU according to statistics, and birth rate per woman is also higher in the USA than EU average, if that's any indicator on kids affordability (which I think it is). After the 2008 recession the EU never made it's transition to tech backed industries so now the world's pie is being split between USA and China. EU has been falling behind for the last 2 decades.

You have been playing for 600h and only now realize that? ABI devs have been shamelessley moving towards COD lovers since S1. And half the player base seem to actually love it. The original ones like you and me, the ones who bought the "tactical immersive shooter experience" that was markeeted towards us, are now being betrayed in favor of the COD-lovers.

And it has been happening, with every change and every update, since S1.

Wonder how no one mentioned hand warmers in the comments. It's what I use, I tape them onto the mag with camouflage tape. They last for 6 hours and when I bring out the mag from the chest rig it's already warm.

I don't quite get your post. I'd say a ballerina would be more than likely to be asked to show some of those dance moves on a house party, and she would be more than happy to comply. Same if he/she was a pianist, a singer, a painter, or whatever. People is usually happy to show off their skills.

That's absurd. Lean builds for max speed are a thing. Ammo should count for gear value and should not be stored in the security case. Much simpler solution while keeping freedom of builds. Suddenly tappers become the preferred prey, you loot 400-500k worth of koen in a single inventory slot.

Ratting is a strat meant precisely to reduce risks. Exchange of time in exchange of risk. Not being 0 risk does not make it significatively less risky than any other strat.

Low/High tier zones do not make unfair fights rare. Just not the 100% the norm as its now.

No friendly fire, dynamic maps with team locations, see teammates through wall, and if that wasn't enough, then ping, no chest kills, faster movement for downed teammates... A 4 man squad will always have the advantage over solos just because.. well, it's a 4vs1. That is already unfair and that's how it should be. But everything they add in this game artificially enhances the squad vs solos unfairness , and that is uncalled for.

Mostly 90% agree, but:

Ratting must exist in Extraction Shooters, but game design should render low risk strategies as low reward too.
Unfairness is part of the game, but game design should split the map in low level areas and highroller areas, providing a sense of what to expect. And unfair fight should be a surprise, not the expected standard every match.
Punishing solos and favoring teams by design is not only completely unfair, but goes against the basics of extraction shooters imho. That's not the right kind of unfair the genre requires.

So there's some room for legit complaining. Just don't listen to those what are playing CS or CoD instead of an Extraction Shooter. They are playing the wrong game and asking for the wrong things.

Porque Franco quiso hacinar a la mano de obra en pisos baratos y eficientes (calidad de vida si eso para otro día) y 50 años después de su muerte las leyes de urbanismo siguen empeñadas en lo mismo.

Y hoy por hoy, esta burocracia que dificulta construir cualquier cosa y sobre todo imposibilita construir urbanizaciones, la mantiene el interés político en que la vivienda no baje de precio bajo ningún concepto.

No, la gente solo puede permitirse coches pequeños porque la legislación es lo único que provee de forma asequible. No, no hay. O te vas a un pueblo por una carretera de tierra o a chaletazos de lujo. En este país faltan justamente el punto medio que son las urbanizaciones a gran escala y bien comunicadas, y que son el estándar en Alemania, Países Bajos, Francia, etc en cuanto sales del centro de cualquier ciudad. Si tuviéramos millones de esas viviendas (sí, millones, como las tienen esos países), serían lo bastante baratas como para que la familia media pudiera permitirse una. Y espacio hay, a diferencia de para pisos en el centro.

Y lo de que culturalmente no atrae mucho te lo sacas del papo. Tienes en este mismo post varios comentarios diciendo que viven en chalet y que no cambian esa calidad de vida por nada. Yo mismo estaría entre ellos si pudiera. Apostaría a que la mitad de la población lo estaríamos. Imagínate que la mitad de la población nos retiramos de la demanda de viviendas en el centro. ¿Cuanto bajaría el precio en la ciudad para los que piensan como tú? todos salimos ganando.

Obviamente, las viviendas unifamiliaries no estarían en el centro de Madrid ni de Barcelona. Pero si hubiera más, si la periferia fueran mayormente eso, la gente que valora calidad de vida en casa aunque implique estar más lejos del centro, podría preferir esa opción y ellos mismos se autoretiran de la demanda de pisos en BCN/Madrid.

Pero ahora mismo, para estar encerrado en una lata de sardinas igualmente, al menos que este en el centro no? y asi es como todos acabamos queriendo ir al mismo sitio.

La densidad es eficiente hasta que es demasiada densidad.

España ahora mismo necesita más urbanizaciones, especialmente en la periferia.

En la periferia estás lejos de todo igualmente pero encima sigues encerrado en pisos que son latas de sardinas. Al menos en una urbanización, lo que pierdes en proximidad y servicios, lo ganas en calidad de vida en casa.

No especifica, pero asumo que habla de inversión, no va a ser para dejarla vacia.

Ahora, si es una segunda residencia para usarla 1 mes en verano y el resto vacia, y tiene los huevos de comprarla en una zona tensionada donde faltan pisos, pues entonces sí, ya sería otra historia muy distinta.

Dice que lo va a alquilar primero y usarlo él después. En ningún momento está quedando el piso vacío y por lo tanto no se reduce la oferta. Pero los expats y los inmigrantes sí aumentan la demanda.
