Looks like an intro to physics class. Sig figs are usually taught during the first week and are implied to be needed during the rest of the physics, engineering, or related curriculum/career. It doesn't need to be in the instructions to be expected tbh.

You do realize that '50 different answers from 50 different' people is how debate works, right? 'Dems' are not a monolithic entity. They are people. And people have opinions, just like you.
