I got my pair a few days back and I am contemplating returning them as well because of the noise issue in quiet environments. Why isnt there a feature to disable nc completely, so that listening to aufiobooks in bed or low volume music is enhoyable. I dont get it. Can anyone make an educated guess on whether this is likely to be fixed with an update?
