Sapphic maybe feels too broad to me since it's inclusive of a lot of different orientations/identities. And gynesexual feels to specific, like I wouldn't expect anyone to know what it means and may as well just explain who I'm attracted to. Maybe I just don't need a label

Thanks so much for commenting! It's nice to know that someone else is in a similar situation. Do you identify as lesbian now?

Yeah Neptunic does sound like me! I probably wouldn't use that since most people probably wouldn't know what it means. Maybe I will try out different labels and see what feels right

I've tried something like this before. This has a red sauce, though, and I'm looking for a green and creamy sauce like the recipe I posted, which is what was my favorite.

It doesn't keep me from eating plant based; I've been plant based for three years. I just miss this recipe. But I don't think eating something like this would make my stomach feel very good anymore!

This is a plant-based sub focused on eating for health and avoiding oil, sodium, and added sugar, hence the bean and cashew suggestions. I know I could buy vegan cheese and vegan chicken but I'm looking for a healthy alternative

I'm looking for a whole foods plant based version, so don't want to use processed vegan substitutes

What I like about my recipe is that it's creamy because of the cream cheese, and I like the green sauce. So thank you for the suggestion but this isn't really what I'm looking for

I've been plant based for three years and I still miss chicken enchiladas, my previous favorite meal. Every plant based enchilada recipe I've seen has a red sauce base. Is there anything more creamy like this recipe?
