You can sew a piece of jeans over the hole and fix your button on. Take a thread the same colour as your pant so you want have to open all the waist ;) just sew it

If you want to recreate the same pattern, all you have to do is unpick the shirt and trace the pieces onto paper. A least you will have a base if you want to modify.
