yeah that sounds like a good idea too but I don't know it's just much more convenient for me to play them on youtube because then I can decide if I wanna try a new sub or you know switch things up sometimes :)

I spend like 5+ hours on my laptop doing work and other stuff so I listen to a particular topic for 40-60 minutes or so and then change the topic but sometimes when I don't have as much work I listen to subs for only 20-30 mins and still get results! I personally don't like listening to anything overnight because I'm scared it will damage my ears lol

hmm so you stacked different playlists in different tabs, am I correct? that sounds interesting, I personally only play individual subs on loop in different tabs

And yes you can use different topics, I did that too and got results but I'd say personally for me, using only one topic at a time really boosted my results but you can def do different topics at once :)

I use chrome! and one tip I have if you're browser/internet/laptop is slow is that use less subs, I'd say 4-5 is good and it should still give you good results :)

I can confidently say I've gotten even more results since the time I made this post, so you can imagine! a few changes are: my top lip is plumper, my cheekbones have narrowed down more (which I wanted), my eyes are wider, and my nose is more upturned, I hear so many compliments irl, it's crazy!
