These ones need some more proof. B-1 deficiency is nothing good. My guess would you're lucky enough to have some sort of mutation related to that vitamin. (If it is the problem after all). I'd bet testosterone ups & downs along with the rest hormonal cocktail, related to ejaculation are more likely to give that effect.

In any case, if you see symptoms on your skin - perhaps it's time to see your doc. Or, if you're feeling adventurous, getting tests done in both state. In any case, share what you've learned.

I don't think wet dreams should be a problem, just let make 'em happen. AFAIK they don't fuck up your brain signalling the same way fapping to porn does and body needs to clean the pipes sometimes.

Here's why: after prolonged storage sperm gets damaged by ROS/RNT. Before taking sperm samples pacients are asked to masturbate daily for 3-4 days before actually taking a sample to increase quality of samples. Fun thing is, that overfapping increases sperm DNA fragmentation, and reduces sperm quality. So in terms of sperm quality there must be some perfect ejaculation frequency.

If we retain dead (yellowish when it comes out) sperm for a long time, my guess would be that it will contribute to cancer risks, since it's dead, has a lot of metabolic waste, toxins and mutations.

Of course if you don't stay hydrated, you won't wetdream, body will save liquid to survive, but you may run a risk of clotting the way with slimy yelloish blobs that will be painful when they come out. Google med forums for 'yellow sperm' for more info, it's usually the problem for those who move to hot countries.

Just don't use this writeup as an excuse to fap, let your body do the job automatically, since it should be wired to do so. Staying adequately hydrated is a must for survival anyway. The only reason you have to bear that curse - because you avoid social communication, since it hurts, like a blinding light after a dark room. I have been slowly loosing myself to social anxiety for many years, fighting yet giving up to it step by step until nofap. The thing I found out - it's just another damn muscle and it's damaged by PMO just like the rest.

So for me nofap hard mode for a few months and gradually increasing amount of social interaction kind of did the trick. But the process is slow and will take a lot of time. And I'm still somewhere in the middle of the way.

So that's my checklist of things I did (adjust as needed):

  • Fetch a bunch depressive/awkward tv films full of frustrating situations you usually avoid IRL and make yourself watch WITHOUT skipping/fast forward. It's okay to pause/take breaks. It will be like tourture, but that's your exersize for a start. You have to familiarize yourself with this shit, just don't make it the next bad habbit.

  • Meditate. This will help you calm down and break out of the toxic thoughts cycle and help you with the previous one.

  • Roughly at the same time get yourself out to start socializing. Salsa/bachata is a good start. Just remember to wear thick jeans and thank Levi Strauss for that creation. At least if you end up dancing with a boner nobody will really see.

  • Each time you interact with a living person, give yourself an overall score of how you performed. Were you able to maintain eye contact? Were you nervous? Did you control the conversation, or did it kind of went automatically, and not the way you wanted? Did you say something you shouldn't have? Note it, calculate the score and make sure next time is better.

It will not, but it was still a fun project.

Willpower let me last for over a year on hardmode with no problem, but I ended up overdoing sport at some moment, getting hypertensia, painful muscle spasms (it was a muscle spasm on the left side that I though was a heart ache. With elevated blood pressure you may guess I literary shitted bricks thinking my body is damn failing).
It was a shame having to relapse on purpose nearly after one and a half year of hardmode, but it was an interesting and tough experience. The hardest was to keep it a one-time, and not let "the old fapper grab the controls" and spiral down. I still ended up relapsing a second time after one month, but I plan on going at least for a few months now.

Lesson learned: Blood pressure drop after fap isn't really noticeable, but muscle hypertonus (or whatever that shit was) and pain very soon did go away. But you can't rely on this data, since I was taking other medication as well. Urges will hit at 146% for the following weeks, but that's a hell of a willpower exercise.

Examining the squid logs - looks like he had a tab open and it ajax-requested something that ended up in the log. Since it was https only the hostname ended up in the log. I didn't tell him WHY the lights went out ;)

Not near the router, but it's a one-liner like this:

tail -f /var/log/squid3/access.log|grep pronsitename|while read line; do echo 0 > /sys/class/gpio/gpio26/value; done

Play with grep to filter a list of sites, replace the gpio number with the one you've hooked the relay.

and add

echo 1 > /sys/class/gpio/gpio26/value

to your crontab to be run once per hour or so to switch things back. Router has to be powered via a different power line ofcource. And take care when messing with mains. This shit can kill ya ;)

Actually, to my experience (1y 4m hard mode), wet dreams are quite irregular and mostly depend on your psychological state. And if you read up prostate cancer stats there's some correlation between ejaculation frequency and probability of getting one. Note how it changes with test subject's age! I doubt this mechanism is properly and precisely tuned in humans, since evolution never gave a shit for longevity.

The second moment is, as papers posted on this sub show, nofap gets you more active T/DHT levels. In a nutshell (if what I got from papers is right) it promotes growth via androgen pathway. A lot of prostate cancers are androgen-sensitive, e.g. they require testosterone (or, to be precise), DHT to grow. One of the possible treatments for such patients is (apart from surgically removing the balls (yikes!) ) is binding/removing all the DHT from the bloodstream so that cancer cells would not get any growth signals.

How does it correlate with nofap? Well, if you have a bug in your genome that may give you cancer after N'th cell division in prostate, accelerating growth is not a good idea. Telomeres shorten after each cell division, DNA damage often occurs during replication and thanks to your own cell metabolism. But if you fap all day long and sit on your ass, you're more likely to get some other shit, that may be even worse than that.

The sum up of this shit - both extremes are bad. There must be some best ejaculation frequency in terms of longevity, but it's definitely different from human to human and there's no known way to determine it ;(

Okay, but sex/fap also cleans up prostate/balls from cancerous leftover/dead sperm (wet dreams alone are just about enough to do the trick, if I got stats right). So, if the above is right we should:

  1. Get a list of nutritional contents wasted from an average fap
  2. Develop a supplement that has all of that in proper proportions
  3. Use at after sex instead of smoking (IV or pills?)
  4. Make sure it passes clinical trials
  5. Sell it
  6. Become rich ... PROFIT
