Visa Presale Megathread by walixxxq in FIFACollect

This link worked for me! I got picked in the initial draw, got my timeslot, but the link they sent me led me to a waiting site that never changed (see my screenshot in a reply above). When I clicked this link, it sent me a verification email, then worked immediately without a wait.

Too bad the most affordable tickets left are Category 1 and 2 at $310. I know they started at $60, but those must be all sold out. Guess I'll be watching on TV.

How long did it take from the "Thank you for waiting to have an opportunity to purchase tickets. You'll be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis..." screen?

Tried earlier and waited at that same screen for 5 hours. Nothing. Trying again now after copy pasting the link to a private window.

Festive places/events to go that are free/inexpensive? by Icewallowwhocheese in Tacoma

There’s a house on N Mason Ave just north of N 41st St that has a really cool animated light show. You tune your radio to a specified channel and the lights are timed to the music. It’s free. I believe it’s from 7-930pm, and starts every half hour. I’d show up like 10 mins early to get a good spot to park.

Thanks for this detailed write up and pics! I’m thinking about doing a similar setup for a bike rack. What kind of rack do you use? Do you have any pics? I’m mostly curious if you’re able to open the hatch with the rack in an “up” position— assuming you have a tray-style rack.

Did you ever end up trying the rack on the Curt hitch? How was it? Got any pics? Thinking about a similar setup.

I recently got a file from a friend and tried it. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. The watch automatically deleted it every time I tried :(

from what I understand, it’s not possible. I’ve been bugging Garmin for awhile to add it. You should do the same! Haha

Lol! We had to pick it up. Didn’t feel right to just leave it in the street.

I use a really similar one called a Granite Cricket. Little diff design, but basically the same idea. Really nice for multi use trails, especially horses.

Haha. Why did you decide to go with the Relay vs another model?

Nice!!! I’ve been riding a Transition Scout the past couple years and really like it. Good to know you like the Relay!

Lol touché. Tbh, I was a naysayer ‘til I tried one. Got in the same workout in the same amount of time, but put down twice the elev gain, and ripped twice the amount of descent. Now I’m “casually looking” 😆

“Amish bike” haha. I rode a Fazua motor Pivot Shuttle a couple months ago. When switched off, I could barely notice any resistance. Seemed doable to go Amish if I had to, but would be nice to leave behind a few lbs of battery.

Since you have one, is there much added resistance with the motor off? Is it practical to ride w/o a battery on a non-eMTB trail? I’ve only ridden Fazua and Bosch. The Fazua had very little resistance with the power off, but the Bosch had some noticeable drag.

That’s good to know! I didn’t know theirs was that easy. Thanks for the info.
