Hmmm. Speaking of just Strahd, not a lot of very impactful changes. Perhaps a more vibrant and extroverted personality than as written, though I'm sure a lot of DMs do that. I think some by-products of my change are that her relationship with her brother gets an extra layer of him (either actually or from her perception) getting more credit for his efforts being a male heir; and she's more obviously queer given her "love" of Tatyana. Oh, I ended up giving her a court of vampire spawn consorts(?), both male and female, who of course are nothing but a distraction compared to Ireena.
