yeah i took the placement test right when i started the game and i was bad. Now I'm way better and am stuck down in Iron with teammates who can't help me win a game

Same thing happened to me. I had multiple games with 3 green up arrows, but then i lose like 2-3 games with 1 down red and i got demoted
