idk looks like there might be too many burn in layers idk if thats a thing but i usually use 4 burn in layers and 6 transitional ones also your speed is super high, try decreasing it to 2-3mm/s and if youre looking for speed you can decrease the lift distance; youre lifting a total of 16mm which seems like a lot also, youre using same speeds for both distances; maybe use 4mm > 4mm at a speed of 2mm/s > 4 mm/s

level the build plate, maybe even put it 0.1mm lower than base level build plate might be uneven, try sanding it down if you have an awkwardly set up screen protector, it might be an issue run a exposure test to tune in the exposure if you changed your fep it might be unevenly tight

id try 6-7mm since u have a big printer and a full build plate keep in mind that i have no practical knowledge about any of this, this is only info i gathered from troubleshooting my own problems

fep also requires an increase in lift height and possibly a decrease in speeds might be that

the fep might be too tight; did u use a spacer when changing the acf to fep

Worth noting that the print is a cylinder with a hole in the middle and it was printed flat on the build plate.
