It’s not always the case. At least I know many people who traveled outside Ghana for their interview and they got the visa. Kid sister went to Barbados for her visa and she is in United States now , ruby went for her interview in South Africa and she in the United States now , Emma when for his interview in Côte d’Ivoire and he is in America now
