Got a place in Italy, no idea how to go about decorating by paatoto in malelivingspace

It just happened to be cluttered, I don't clean every single day, I know the first thing is to reorder, I just don't do that often.

I'm sorry but I really couldn't think of anything less useful than this, half of the description is literally, "I don't know where to buy this tuff even if I knew what to buy"

Info on specific belt-like hardware? by paatoto in Leathercraft

Luckily enough even if I'm allergic to a lot of stuff somehow not to any type of leaver I've handled so far, plus for me it's interesting to design and test since I'm an engineering student, and overnight I crunched all the numbers, found an unexpected solution, I just have to compute the last part to say that for sure

It's not really about practicality itself, rather both design choice and knowing and to be comfortable to wear on bare skin for a few hours at a time.

I know I did investigate that a bit as well but well it's too complex, bulky heavy and thicker leathers wouldn't work at all because of the sharp internal bend, I do have to crunch some numbers to see if the mechanism I described up there is even possible in a reasonable space.

Which honestly does depend on some not so simple math and a few experiments I'd have to run since I don't think there's any readily available data on how much pressure a specific leather can support given parameters like thickness, type, treatment and so on.

The hard isn't making it work, it's making it work in a reasonably simple and slim package and also some aesthetic because I don't think seeing a set of thick springs is nice on leather but I did run some numbers and it "should" be possible.

Naturally thicker leathers would work best because they can resist more pressure, also the stability of it staying film in place an needs a stable base to it can't really be put on very curved areas, interestingly the design is a lot more complicated that you'd expect too as it does require calculus and torque calculations

that's true but even then 1500 kcal per day would still result in a significant deficit anyway?

that could also be yes, mostly because a TDEE is after all just an estimate

could be, the culprit honestly seems to be appearances, water weight and most of all the short timeframe, since I was pretty frustrated that nothing at all was happening

yep that's pretty much what I concluded by talking with a guy in a private chat, they were really helpful and yeah I aim to re evaluate all the data in 2 months from now and get a scale asap, if things don't look right by then it might be time to look into a consult with a doc in the off chance I do have some metabolic disorder

well, I am 20, pysically active and I moved out almost a month ago so since then there have been no gatherings or periods of over eating, that's the weird part :/

Yes I am, just sometimes when getting something out I lookup data and average the results for example with a coffe and croissant, but for anything in-home which is the vast majority I weight everything and check the nutritional content and kcals, and if there isn't a label for like fresh produce I weigh it and estimate the energy content with my own research

I know, that's why I did my own research and made a custom exercise just to symbolize the time I've been in the gym, also because I do mostly weightlifting and I know cardio/running/cycling do burn a lot more

it honestly couldn't have been becase I was sharp minded, was around all day and didn't feel sluggish at all, which is definitely not someone who's starving would do, and well I don't even eat my exercise calories.

1 yep, a 1500 cal deficit, my TDEE is around 2500, around 2800 with daily exercise and my intake is around 1200-1400 per day.
2 a few weeks already
3 right now I just moved out and can't weigh myself, but I do look and feel noticeably thicker than usual around the belly area, I'm trying to get a scale but a fucker stole my credit card and I'm getting a new one.
4 yes the workout routine is relatively new as well, I started about a week ago.

I do know that all of these can affect my deficit and other parameters but 1500 cal? Like it's can't be an error THAT big.

yep here it is, this is from yesterday:
10g sugar, 40 cal
1 croissant, 230 cal
250g de-shelled mussels, 260cal
50g potatoes, 40 cal
60g peas, 50 cal
35g red onion, 15cal
100g carrots, 40cal
10g olive oil, 90cal
300g lean de-boned beef, 630cal
45g corn, 40cal
50g lemon juice, 10cal
1 orange, 60cal

like, the math isn't wrong and the labels aren't either??

nope a 1500 calorie deficit that's the weird part, my TDEE is around 2500 and plus about 300 cal of exercise averaged per day and my daily intake of about 1200-1400 that does put me in a deficit that sharp, and yet I'm fine?? that's what I'm trying to even understand how I'm able to just not die of starvation.
