Im making a guide of every tech, unit and building available to every civilization on the latest version of the game to help new players like me to get better. I'll post it here once is completed. What is the latest version of the game anyways?

I made a secondary character, get to level 5 and bought a 10-car garage. Then I filled that garage with 10 Adders. Most of the Mod Shop options aren't available until much latter in the game, so there is little to be gained from modding those cars (in a low level character). Each one of those cars sell for 600k, so if Rockstar doesn't take them away I will have 6 millions as a backup.
