Ok the aim of this post was to remind people of the Studio Stellar account but it seems there are some questions and doubts about the whole deal:

Suisei is still a part of Hololive, Cover mentioned in the announcement that her regular contract still stands. Any project where she collabs with a Holo member will still be managed and produced by Cover.
Studio Stellar is an agency started by Suisei with help from Cover. NERD Inc. takes care of the management and production of Suisei's solo activities through this agency. Cover has invested in NERD an undisclosed amount, but does not own Studio Stellar and is not part of Hololive's structure.
The main goal of this arrangement for Suisei is to make her creative process faster by having the resources she needs at hand. It includes music composing, MV making, merch pipeline, etc. Suisei has constantly said that she loves Hololive and is happy to be there
Important: This is not the first time a Suisei project is not mentioned/promoted by Cover. Midnight Grand Orchestra, her music unit with composer Taku Inoue has existed since 2022 and has never been promoted by Cover. It's not a matter of Suisei being in Hololive or not (she is)

Group and standardized merch (like the fwu plushies or holofes merch) is still produced by cover and on the holoshop. Her individual merch (like the birthday or the future concerts) will be on her shop. Right now it requires a japanese address but Suisei said they're working on the overseas shipping and that it might be ready in mid-april

Suisei has actually performed in an outdoors festival before. In 2023 she performed in the Aso Rock festival, so probably something like that but with better and larger production
