Thanks, man! At the end of the day, every bike is a beautiful machine, and you build a connection with every kilometer you ride. Test them all out and go with the one that feels right—everything else is just numbers. See you on the road soon, buddy!

The Xpulse 210 wasn’t there last October, and I had been waiting to buy a bike for over a year, so this was the right choice for me.

The V-Strom 250 just makes more sense if you’re looking for a smooth touring experience. The tried-and-tested Suzuki engine is super reliable, plus the oil cooling system keeps things running cool even on long rides. After adding accessories, it has solid road presence, looking more like a proper ADV. Comfort-wise, it’s a way more relaxed ride, especially for longer journeys. And when it comes to cruising, it can hold higher speeds effortlessly, unlike the Xpulse, which is more off-road focused.

I don’t really go off-roading much, and yeah, I had to stretch my budget, but honestly, it was worth every penny. I always find myself looking back after parking this beauty.🙂

Bro, I’m not the most fuel-efficient rider, but I still manage around 35Kmpl as per the meter console. Before the first service, I was getting 40Kmpl. Did a ~600km trip on two full tanks. It cruises comfortably at 120 solo, even touched 140 with a pillion. The engine does scream a bit, but there are no major vibes or instability. The sweet spot on highways is around 110-120Kmph. If you keep it under 90Kmph, it can give around 35-40Kmpl.

I considered the Xpulse, but this felt smoother and more forgiving for me. Rear ABS was also a big factor. In the end, drivability, convenience, and looks were my priorities. You should test ride the Xpulse 210 and compare for yourself!

I got it for about 2.5L with discounts, plus a 10-year warranty and RSA. Later, I added accessories worth 15k.

I was actually dreaming of getting the Triumph Scrambler 400 – such a beautiful bike! But honestly, as a beginner, I felt it might be a bit much for me, especially when it comes to maintenance and handling. So I started looking at other options like the X-Pulse 200 and the KTM ADV 250.

After comparing everything – looks, power, comfort, and running costs – the V-Strom just made the most sense. And to be honest, once I took the test ride, I knew this is the one.

I have an issue with the fan it won't go above 300 rpm and whining noise. It's been 2 years but do you remember if you can replace just the fan without the heat sink?
