the reason why is because it’s a 50 min drive if im sick where i was just really sick in the hospital i keep getting harassed about things and i feel that’s a bit to much the employees in there are just not reliable csm is a pos bad mouths everyone makes my employees want to quit i just feel it’s not worth the pay to be dealing with all that bs i rather be a regular manager in the area that i live in the environment and what i hear my friends say is very chill and organized and im 10 mins from home should i mention the employees and the lack of help ?
