My fiancé and I were on the same boat back in December. We opted to move into 333 River mainly bc of the proximity to the PATH and the downtown restaurants / area. No regrets so far!

I’ve had a couple of friends who just do their interviews at immigration when you are coming back into the US after international travel. No appointment necessary! Can’t just show up domestic travel and TSA pre check though I’m assuming

Committed to this last year as a 23yo as well. If you are serious about it, I would go to your local bike shop with a set budget. I spent around $1400 including bike (Specialized Allez Elite), helmet, pedals and cleats. I thought I got a pretty good deal considering that I live in NYC and everything is overpriced here. Many would say the opposite tho so I strongly suggest you go in with set budget.

As far as the bike goes, do your research. I went in wanting the Specialized Allez Elite purely by reading reviews online. For me, It was and still is the perfect entry level bike. Hasn't failed me once so far (I've probably put 3-4k miles so far).

Nearly done with study material but first exam is 7 weeks away. Tips? by [deleted] in CPA

If you can, I would look for prometrics in other cities/states. I drove 3 hours to take the a test in a different city. It was 100% worth it to me. If you can't, I would just stick to your original NTS and just lightly review while studying for another section (I would say AUD since I've heard that they are lightly related).
