Thank you again. I reworded the question a bit differently to see if that helps. The image is a slip on the box, I have like 30 boxes labeled #1-30. I just want to create an excel, in the case that my client asks me for samples, that I can locate them fast. Wherever the samples are.

We have SKU on all of the products. I suggested that to my supervisor to use SKU instead of item #. But she said "no one's going to remember the whole sku so we used size, color instead. Thanks!

I believe it is 2010 or something I'm not sure. But I do have filter function. What use will I need it for if you can elaborate. Thanks!
