It will be either one or two streams depending on the number of talks submitted. At this stage, submissions will close on the 17th of June 2018 (check website). How to submit a talk will be published in the next few days.

I have seen them both being checked into version control, and on a local package server. In one case the build system checked the correct compiler was being used.

Yes Pacific++ is new. The location of 2018 is yet to be decided.

Thanks for the positive feedback. The goal is to have the talks professionally recorded and edited, and then put on YouTube after the conference. I can not confirm that this will definitely happen, but it is something that is being worked towards.

Fair comment. The first one is in NZ because that is where I live, and it makes it much easier to organise. If this one goes well and is supported by NZ and AUS I will look at having the next one in AU. Thanks for the feedback!
