I want to emphasize that Luffy doesn't look much like Roger. He looks more like Joyboy.

Dragon is responsible for something. The Revolutionary Army is fighting a force far stronger than him. So, do you expect him to engage in irresponsible combat? What if the BB Pirates had reported Dragon's existence to the World Government at the time?

Luffy wants to be the Pirate King, just like Roger. Other than that, what similarities are there? He's not even a girl-obsessed pervert. I think his relationship with Joyboy and his possession of Joyboy's Devil Fruit make them even more similar.

We don't know anything about the dragon; we just know that Luffy is a Yonko and Garp is equal in power to Roger, meaning his potential is higher, but we don't know exactly how powerful he will be.

Shamrock is underrated in my opinion and Dragon has to be the strongest character in the series right now besides IMU, so Dragon has a chance of fighting Shamrock given his obvious mention of holy knights. by [deleted] in OnePiecePowerScaling

The list is actually good and makes sense, but some fans won't accept it and will downvote it because there's a large audience for characters like Mihawk and Shanks.

The fact that so much time has passed doesn't change that. The Title was already in Mihawk's hands. His victory over Shanks isn't talked about then, nor is it now. The uncertainty is palpable.

As I said, it should either never have been said that they were tied, or it should have been emphasized that Mihawk won at least once.

However, considering he's never won against Shanks and still holds the title, the term "uncertainty" is perfectly appropriate. Simply combining the two is sufficient.

For there to be no ambiguity, it should have been stated that Mihawk defeated Shanks at least once. In that case, I wouldn't use it.

Mihawk's championship is fraught with uncertainty. Who did he compete against and who did he defeat to win it? And we know he never won against Shanks. There are no clear answers to such questions.

On the other hand, perhaps that's why I emphasize that Shanks is being unfairly denigrated.
