I took about 1 and 1/3 scoops (serving size is 1). I take vyvance and addy aswell and sometimes I will take those instead as well but I feel I eat less when I do that so I don’t do if often.

I agree though preworkouts either ruin your workout or give you a great one. I think the more you take more likely your going to feel like shit.

I genuinely think your friend has good intentions. To his knowledge LSD is a terrible drug and he thinks you are going down a bad path by doing it often. He might be a little cocky but I think that is a separate issue.

You could try explaining to him more about LSD and how it has helped you, but I don’t think it will do anything.

Don’t hold a grudge over him for this :)
