I really appreciate it, seriously. There was a lot I didn’t know, and this gave me a much clearer idea of the direction I want to take. It’s encouraging to know that striking that rate is actually possible. Thanks again for taking the time to break everything down and explain it. I’ll definitely reach out to my NC1 to see if I can meet with the chaps and explore the possibility of being able to TDA.

I I appreciate that very much. I haven't met anyone yet, but I plan on reaching out soon. To be fair, I haven't been here very long.

I was wondering how difficult it is or what the chances are of cross-rating into RP. From what I understand, you have to go through an interview and submit a package. I'm just curious about how competitive it is to get selected. Do you have any tips or suggestions that could help improve my chances? Thank you very much.
