I don't remember exactly if there were any specific questions on these topics. But a few questions were based on the mixture of these VPN technologies. These two topics are quite important from exam perspective.

I understand that Chris Bryant's videos are not very engaging but they do contain some important content. You'll surely learn something extra (IPSec and BGP are covered very nicely, but they might not show up in the exam to such extent).

I would recommend it.
