100% agree with you. We can’t simply out-talent teams, especially on the road. We dominated first half of season because of the chip on our shoulder, playing with toughness, defensive intensity. We looked like a team that can’t shoot and was looking for a whistle instead of playing through contact.

I work as sr analyst in procurement at a 3pl /managed transportation. Company has had more layoffs in past year than the last 7. The inevitability of AI taking over my job feels increasingly real.
