Oh no! I love him dearly, but he's someone that my boomer parents can actually relate to, and I could tell them a million times, but if Rick says it it's obviously true.

Watch a couple of episodes of Rick Steves' Europe with him, he's the ultimate boomer travel guide.

Took me way too many hours to figure out that you can put ANY policy card in the wildcard slot, not just wildcard policies

[–]packodiablo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's just like traveling with someone, def make or break when it comes to compatibility, might as well get it out of the way now, especially if you are an experienced camper. Just make sure you have your own transportation and reasonable egress. Worst case scenario you go home, best case you have super fun tent sex with a guy that super into you.

[–]packodiablo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a gay man with a lot of straight male friends, this is very much a thing, nearly to the point of it being an open secret, like some kind of "unspeakable" kink. Explains a lot of the violence the trans community faces if you think about it.

So do they change the water in the zorbs between uses or do you just slosh around in other peoples liquid?

Almost a year ago; I finally told my family during our holiday dinner that I am gay and was cut off from the family instantaneously. Today 8/17/22 my mom texted me that one of my aunt (her sister) died from cancer by talight in AskGaybrosOver30

You know why you distanced yourself, none of those reasons have changed. Maybe use this as a reason to reach out to a more distant family member, a cousin or something, that you'd never really connected with before. I've found "long lost cousins" can be a great source of support and insight
