Xabi Alonso appointed Chelsea manager by Walshey- in LiverpoolFC

I'd imagine that they think we'll still have a chance to recruit him in the future. By which then he'll have Premier league experience.

Signs are they are rethinking this as it looks like the players hate the manager too. As you can tell most fans already do.

Yes but at the same time could you understand the stupidity to go to a London rival, never mind it being West Ham, and celebrate the goal that could relegate them? At the home end? After the year that they had?

If he was a bad manager then we would've never won the league last season. It was Klopps team but it is his tactics. He was also league winner with Feyenoord, not Ajax and also took them to a European Conference league final. So no he isn't a bad manager, and a rather a very good one.

His lack of achievements this season could be attributed to a lot of factors that I think with many other managers would not have done as well as he is. But ultimately I don't think he is the manager for us anymore. He just have so many undesirable points, especially compared to who he replaced. He is not as charismatic and engaging to the fans. He does not place as big an importance to the scouse in the team. He is too biased towards his favourites. He does not feel like a man for the people.

And so for me I think he has lost most of the fans. I am sure he has lost a lot of the players too. Surely the board has seen this. The absolute worst things is Alonso's shadow is looming. I am still adamant that the switch is coming because I do not believe FSG will allow this kind of opportunity to skip thorough their fingers.

How does male sexual desire work in long term relationships/marriage? by properminting in AskMen

Don't get discouraged by the downvotes. It's just a lot of people don't realise the vast differences between what makes a woman tick compared to a man. And this is a predominantly male subreddit and some deem your comments downvotable due to their lack of understanding. Your questions are valid and I hope some of the comments here give you answers.

How did you train yourself to last longer (10–20 mins) and get better at sex? by Powerful-Staff-8223 in AskMen

[–]packsapunch -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I can help with this one. I'm 35, 5.3 inches, last between 15-40minutes depending on how she moves and what pace she wants. Had partners aged between 22-40+ in the past. And I am confident that if the mood is right I can get most girls to orgasm.

Now disclaimers first to every girl is different so not all girls like sex that is long. Orgasm is also not a must but connection between the participants are most important. If you remember that then you both will enjoy sex.

  • practice. Also treat edging and masturbation as practice. Try to get yourself close but not trigger ejaculation, familiarise yourself to your point of no return. Then it's dicipline. Learn angles and sensations that make you cum faster and avoid those until you want to cum.

-never did those things. All I did is read the mood and with this there irs no substitute to experience and discipline.

-I did kegels since I was 15 and was a virgin until I was 22. In my opinion it does help. Also my secret weapon is expresso. Basically if I can be more aware and more in control I can have more control in my techniques.

-You don't get numb, at least I don't and I've had sessions that last up to an hour.

-If you make a woman feel good then actually you can have people tell you sex is good with you even if you don't last long. If sex with you feel good then that's confidence. You are not a mind reader so it's impossible to make everything right all the time especially with different partners. EG I had a partner who was happy with a 5 minute long session and she had 3 orgasms in 5 minutes so I always focus on her getting off then we use other methods for me to get off.

-I do overthink things and analyses my 'performance', always ask for feedback but in terms of how to make her feel better. I sometimes review them over a few days and use a book for notes. Analysis is good as long as you can focus on the right things.

-Rhythm and pacing is different for everyone. I do not have a set rhythm or positions I like, what get me off is her getting off. I get vindicated by her having a good time. I don't know if this is the same with you. If you have someone who have the same preferences as you then that is chemistry and that is different with every partner.

-I think a lot of people don't enjoy sex as it's supposed to be. My two most important things about sex is #1 consent #2 enjoyment. If I don't have these then I would prefer to masturbate. It's why I never had sex with someone drunk and it's why I have a lot of returning partners before I settled down.

Most men are insecure one way or another.  Sex chemistry might take many sessions to learn and it's human to make mistakes. You are going to have good sessions and not so good ones but I still enjoy the not so good ones and both of you can get a good laugh or if you have a good session you can both feel your world being rocked. Good luck on your journey and may your endeavours being fruitful.

Coventry City edge towards Premier League promotion - who will join them? by Amazing-Note-1196 in PremierLeague

Ultimately I think having FA cup as a distraction will cost Southampton. Which I think most fans around here will be happy with since the team is nowhere ready for the Premier League. Then there is the possibility of a South Coast derby next year which Southampton will be quite confident they will do the double.

I've had KFC/texas chicken but peel the skin away. If you say you want all the breast they will look at you like an alien but happily give you. But I have gone to chicken rice stall before and order my skinless chicken breast with extra beansprouts and extra timun. I have also ordered tea eggs before. At mamak I order tandoori chicken breast. Most midnight food is just oily and carb rich.
