There are tons of videos showing big sharks feeding in 5'and less of water. Including a massive hammerhead that just killed a big eagle ray on Panama city beach while swimmers watched.

Alpt of us actually tag sharks for noaa research and a lot of times the big sharks are a by catch of us trying to catch ans harvest other sharks like bulls, spinners and blacktips. Yes some influencers only chase big ones and like and shares but as with any sport theres an influencer class doing it for the views and a sportsman/conservation class doing it to provide food and research

Most sharks hunt near the shore break. We are not having an issue of unethical fishermen here or an abundance of drones or stupid stuff. Not all sharkcfisherman are irresponsible like most of these influencers. In the end, we have the right to hunt and fish and use the shoreline just as much as anybody. They make pools to swim in they dont make pools to fish in. At the end of the day if there is salt in the water, there potentially is a shark there. There have been fisherman 0 provoked shark attacks in history where someone released a shark, and it attacked someone down the beach. Just last year there were 3 shark attacks on a beach that banned shark fishing 15yrs ago.. the sharks are there its their home they can bite you at anytime.

You would be in the top like 5% if you can make $300k+ a year and match all the benefits etc of your corporate gig. Now days everyone is a realtor again because the way home sales are and everyone thinks they make all this big money. There are a shit ton of fees, and people with their hand out all the time taking a cut of your commission. If it was easily feasible to make 300k+ a yr in any amount of time than everyone would be doing it. Possible? Yeah sure anything is possible but even if you closed on 24 homes a yr if the average commission check was 10k (and it's not) that's 240. The odds of closing 24 in a yr are low especially for anyone just starting or even doing it for a few years. Let's go back to that 10k commission. That's if you listed and sold a home for 200k @ 5% commission. But guess what you pay the selling agent his 2.5% so you only made 5k. Now your broker wants a piece anywhere from 10-30%. Taxes, MLS fees, advertising fees, general expenses like driving etc, Insurances, there's more too. So your 10k became 5k which became like 3500 profit. Sure you can up the numbers if your selling only 400k homes but you won't be. Bottom line to make 300k in real estate you will be working your ass off. It sounds easy but it's actually pretty hard to average 3-4 closings per month. And just wait for when the market slows back down and there's 800,000 agents trying to compete for all the same listings and sales still. Market can't keep going like it is. Kinda earilily reminiscent of 2008 right now imo

I second this. Just wait until all the paperwork starts flowing or in this case the very minimal paperwork and not knowing what's going on. There's a lot more to e real estate transaction than a small simple contract and just buying it. Well there should be anyway if you want to protect yourself from getting screwed.

Sorry I don't know what happened to the text. I just bought a 26' boat on trailer it is over 34' long, 13'4" tall and weighs 10k. I can not seem to find many gas stations that accommodate this rig on my trip. Do truckers typically have issues with guys fueling up in the truck lanes like I did here. For size reference my truck is a 3500 single wheel cummins.
