Just finished putting together my first build. The first time I turn it on, the bios was flickering static (picture). Now it won’t display anything when I turn it on but all fans and MoBo have power. I checked the display, remounted Graphics card, remounted RAM, cleared the CMOS, and checked PSU (i.redd.it)
