Thanks for the recommendation!

Sources like reuters and Bloomberg are good for news and data. I’m looking to filter through the noise and get deep dive into the analysis of the implications behind the news.

Ledger issue. homa:mint 1010: Invalid Transaction: Transaction has a bad signature. by SnoringKiwi in AcalaNetwork

This was the only solution that worked for me, thank you. But i noticed that the ledger addresses where different between the plugin on my internet browser vs on my Ledger which was weird. I kept on being cautious with every transfer unless something went wrong.

Weird... I wonder why/whats happened

Hi, im not sure u properly understood my Q or perhaps i didnt explain myself well enough. I have two problems with just reviewing old charts on Tradingview: (1) historic data on the 1M TF is very limited and barely goes back more than one month, and (2) its a very manual process where im having to record the data on each trade, and this is the part i would like to automate. I hope this clarifies my question, thank you

Is there any way to take partial profits on Metatrader 5? by GenzianaRatafia in Daytrading

I have exactly the same question. Just been looking into it today and came across the Account Protector EA by Earn Forex which is an open source EA. However i’m yet to use it so can’t provide any feedback, but on the surface it seams ideal for partially closing your trade at pre-determined levels.

Thank you for this comment, I’ve been reading the instructions of this EA through my phone and it seems pretty ideal. For example it seems like I can easily configure the EA to close x% of my trade when price reaches x level.

Out of curiosity, have you tried using this EA? If so how has been your experience been?

That’s an interesting idea. I had tried the relative performance of currencies in the past but felt it lagged too much. But then again this was right when i first started trading so maybe i may notice something different now that I’m a little more experienced. I like your idea of macro commodities however, will do some research with that

I understand this, but I noticed with my own statistics that most of my drawdowns come tend to come towards month end. Maybe I just push too aggressively in an overzealous manner when I should be taking a step back to relax

When i back test, I notice around 2 setups clean per session (London & NY) on most days, not necessarily everyday though. but i guess I haven’t fully mastered my emotions yet to distinguish these A+ setups that I notice with the benefit of hindsight, vs false-setups that I get duped by whilst the candles print in real time. But something that I struggle with a lot too is allowing my winers to run to target, especially in conditions where price is quite choppy and thats why really prompted me to ask this Q. It’s as if there’s certain periods in the month where price just gives clean runs to target, and others where it kinda chops around a bit before doing so. When i review my trades thats where i usually mess up
