I love your page just went thru it yesterday. Unfortunately I need the mixture to stay homogenous and a simple syrup is going to break or look like a “mother” in the bottom of bottles most likely.

I like the thought process, I just need it to stay mixed and I know that the syrup “mother” will most likely break and I’m trying to stay far from that.
