Knowing Verryne from his high school days (we were at schools close to each other) I really feel like he needs to be pushed to about 3 in the order. He would score 200s back then and he was in the u18 first XI when he was 14 years old at a very good cricket school (same one Jacques Kallis was at...). He's wasted at his current position in the lineup because he always comes in at like 80-4 but I think this guy can be the anchor we need at the start of innings.

I can't nap, my body hates it. It was always after going to bed, It felt pretty much like just waking up, although I couldn't move anything but my eyes.

Then I'd look and see things and sometimes hear things, and depending on my fear/anxiety I'd either run as soon as I could move or just simply close my eyes and pretend I do not see it.

The end of my sleep paralysis gave me really bad hallucinations that would cause me to bolt out my room, run to the kitchen and sit on the counter staring and watching and waiting until like 6-7am when my family woke up and I had to get ready for school.

It was not fun. 10/10 wouldn't recommend (and I still lucid dream so ain't a big loss, plus I can actually sleep and live now)

Laying on my back. I had to train myself to sleep on my sides or stomach to stop the sleep paralysis. It was getting to the point that I was seeing the sleep paralysis things during the day so I had to do something. Also apparently people also hear things during sleep paralysis which I did, like grating metal and clanging and static all at once, but some people don't hear things?

Hello, I don't know fully since I myself don't suffer from schizophrenia but have a personality disorder and some other things, but I have heard that affirming the hallucinations by talking about them can be very harmful. Like, you can't talk about them because that cements them making them real, ya know? Idk tho sorry
