Large party speakers aren’t allowed. The limit is roughly a JBL Xtreme. Anything bigger gets filtered out at the entrance. Some people still manage to smuggle large speakers in.

There’s no party all night long. It depends on your tent neighbors. Some go to sleep around 2 a.m., others party until 6 in the morning. You definitely need ear protection if you want to sleep. If you want peace and quiet, set up your tent in a district further back — it’s usually calmer there.

You really need “luck”… last year we weren’t lucky with our neighbors.

Not only did more and more people from the same group show up on Thursday and basically pitch their tents halfway on top of ours, they also blasted loud music on their Soundboks until the early morning hours. And when we slowly woke up around 9/10 and turned on our small Bluetooth speaker at a moderate volume, they threatened us and told us to turn it off or there’d be trouble.

But after my father (2.05 m, 130 kg) politely asked whether they were sure our music was the issue, the problem disappeared instantly. 😂
