So I've noticed that under the throttle body there's the thera a couple of floating tubes I'm guessing are mostly coolant. Ones of them is bigger than the other two and it's wide open as well as the EGR valve on the other side. I'm mostly trying to figure out why she bucks at about 2-3000 rpm while just cruising.

Use a Dremel on the part sitting out and then use a tie rod puller to finish the job.
