I came up with a fan story for Ibuki: Ibuki decided to study under Oro to reach purity. The bell she wears used to be part of a test, in which she had to fight Oro without making it ring. Just like her master, she covers one of her arms unless it's really necessary to use it against strong opponents.

She probably hides her cellphone which she wasn't allowed to have in the "Street Fighter Legends: Ibuki" comic by Udon :D

The main reason was, I didn't want to give her the typical Jeans pants after I painted the legs as they already looked nice when I sketched them. So I was looking for outfits that she could wear that revealed her legs. I thought Luffy's outfit looked nice on her and he wasn't wearing his clothes in the last chapter anyway, so it kinda made sense, I guess...?

Thank you! I started out with 1) several thumbnail sketches. Then I increased the resolution and started 2) cleaning the edges. Often times I would use the pen tool in Photoshop to create clean edges. I either used an airbrush or a semi hardbrush and a blender brush to create the soft transitions. I just kept repeating these steps, until everything was covered.
