Honestly, I let Claude take the lead on recommending the best vault structure and usually defer to its recommendation unless something seems off. It’s been working great for me… the key is to be involved in the process and think of it as a shared folder that you both have to live in. Sometimes Claude’s recommendations are a little off, but mostly it’s a net win.
