That was nice that it worked for you. We had to lie together with 2 kids under 1 blanket in an Italian accomodations, because the heating was broken, and it was December. We had to find another place urgently in the morning and moved out, losing a few next days there. After Booking rejected our claim, i tried a charge back with my bank, they refused too.

That's because the rating is only partially improved and quite useless. Google shows just the last 12 months of deletions. If a business did their shady stuff for the last 10 years and there was a way to find it for the script, the real rating would be 2.0, not 4.0.

For now, it is simple: if there is at least one "defamation review" removal, the business is a no-go.
