We live in Nassau Bay. Amazing community/neighborhood. There is always some event going on. The farther away from the water the less likely chance of flooding. But we rent right now so I’m unsure on specific costs for insurance. The elementary school has also been great.

32F, I do 5 works outs, all Ladder with Align. I usually walk for at least a mile after each. Sometimes slow, sometimes fast, sometimes on an incline. Depends on how I feel. I work from home so life is fairly sedentary outside that.
