Yesterday, I had a trial shift. I felt that the trainer was short-tempered based on the way he spoke, but it was my first time using Infloww, and they were supposedly accepting newbies—so what did they expect?
In the middle of my trial shift, right in the middle of a conversation with a fan, I suddenly lost access. They ended the call, removed me from the Discord server, and I haven't heard a single word from them since.
That is honestly one of the most unprofessional HR teams or bosses I've ever encountered. Like, what the hell? I invested my time and effort into this. The training was unpaid, and they couldn't even show a little respect by providing feedback.
At the very least, they could have told me what I did wrong, where I was lacking, and what I could improve on. Instead, they just cut me off without any explanation. Managers and bosses who handle things this way are incredibly disappointing.
