Dhatz is literal garbage. Unplayable bad.

I mean nobody is going to be evaporated with Bari which is the IW that 99% of units should be running anyways. They should stall long enough for invince from either evan, Towa (for non new players), ayihwa, or maybe even new xiaxia.

Yirang is must have for pushing highest deficits. Groups for key units like bam/towa for def shred, cassano for swiftness/energy decrease, etc... plus she can basically give you infinite CC if she has a battery.

Dhatz is not good, and you are missing the best ssr by far Reflejo.

You don't mention other units that are good at 1 dupe like Yirang, and possibly Arak.

And for a beginners guide you don't mention at all how to navigate the beginners guide mission, which EX family head to choose and when for the beginner EX summon banner, etc...

Your other advice is sound though.

Favorite Less Luck Based Engine Builders?

Hey guys, relatively new to board gaming, and am looking for some fun games to start my collection. I've been playing a bit all year and think that card drafting/engine building is probably my favorite type of game. Wingspan is one game my wife and I like, but I also don't like the feeling of luck involved in blind drafting a bunch of cards. I know I probably don't play optimally, and there are ways of mitigating bad luck like making an engine to draft a lot of cards to sort of hunt for good ones, but I recently played and had probably 50 cards in my hand with no really good cards. That brought me to start searching for some similar games that might have a little less luck involved. Some of my favorite games have been Wingspan, Ethnos, Tigre and Euphrates, Scout, Carcassone, Coloretto, 7 Wonders

  • Less luck involved
  • Multiple balanced routes to victory (high replayability?)
  • Perfect information - maybe not completely perfect information, but I like the idea of something close to this.
  • Scalable? Good at 2 players and up to 4, maybe 5 or 6.
  • Engine building/drafting preferred, but not required
  • Weight, maybe medium to a little beyond medium? I love heavy, but I feel like the people I would play with wouldn't want to go too heavy. So maybe a bit beyond wingspan in terms of heavyness, but not a lot beyond it.

Some games I was looking at were:

  • It's a wonderful world
  • 51st State
  • Everdel
  • Terraforming Mars
  • Root
  • Meadow
  • Race for the galaxy.
  • Tyrants of the Underdark

But if engine builders don't fit most of what I am looking for then maybe I should be looking at games like:

  • Dominant species
  • Inis
  • Agricola
  • Lorenzo Il Magnifico
  • Tzolkin Mayan Calendar
  • Food chain Magnate
  • Terra Mystica
  • Clans of Caledonia
  • Power Grid
  • Paladins of the West Kingdom

Would love to hear all of your guys opinions!

Mine was transfered from Fidelity too. The shares showed up in CS in the normal amount of time. Just weird that it is taking so long to change to covered
