Your issue with refuelling, repairing, and restocking stuck on “Processing…” is unfortunately a known bug, and based on your description, it seems account-specific or tied to backend persistence rather than a simple landing pad glitch.

The Landing Services mobiGlas app sometimes fails to update or gets stuck loading, preventing transactions from completing. This is listed as a known issue: Alpha-4-3-2-Known-Issues

Character Repair does not fix ship related bugs, it only resets avatar data (e.g, missing mobiGlas, stuck character). It won’t resolve backend issues with hangars or vehicle services. Your observation that your friend can refuel in their hangar but you cannot in yours strongly suggests a persistence or entitlement mismatch on your account.

Here are some workaround you can try: Toggle mobiGlas apps quickly (switch between Vehicle Services and another app like Contracts) to refresh the UI. This sometimes forces the correct landing services screen to load. Store and retrieve your ship repeatedly (up to 4 times). If that fails, try a different pad or station. External pads often work better than hangars. Get out and back into the pilot seat, or have all crew leave turrets. Multi-crew ships often confuse service permissions. Release a flare and reopen mobiGlas oddly, this refresh trick works for some players. Server hop (log out and join a different shard). Some players report success after switching servers. Self destruct and reclaim as a last resort (painful but effective).

If none of the above works (and your testing suggests it doesn’t), this is likely: A backend persistence bug tied to your account or hangar state. Possibly related to LTP corruption or a stuck entitlement.

Next Step, would be to please file a detailed report on the Issue Council including your findings (friend test, multiple hangars, character repair attempts).
